Surely you know this famous variety of tomatoes which is called RAF
We have only had a few left for now, still not enough to take to the ROMPEOLAS, but you can be sure that we will soon take them there ... I hope we will be able to add a "Raf tomato salad" from our garden in Lajares on our menu very soon!
At the Rompeolas we already have some of the ingredients that you can see in the photos, such as aubergines, endives, arugula (delicious after the last rains), parsley, or peppers (which are not in the photos).
